Our hero ran away and sneaked into the basement not far from the house. However, at that moment, the basement suddenly turned to be a huge world full of monsters, his anxieties, and what is more – his siblings. Later, he suffered the same story – he had to hide in the basement and horrible adventures continued. The horrors lasted forever and he had no idea how to leave these circles of pain. In the Antibirth expansion, you will meet three of Isaac’s siblings – Bethany, Esau, and Jacob. You can control whether the girl or two boys at the same time. If one of the couple of Esau and Jacob dies, the second sibling will also die.
Also, the game includes a pack of brand new challenges. They are unique for the chapter and start right after you interact with some items. They might make the game more difficult to play, changing the habitual elements of gameplay and mechanics. If you complete the challenges, you will get access to the new content and expand your opportunities. The challenge Scat Man unlocks from the very beginning and you can only do damage with the help of Dips activated by Dirty Mind. You cannot use tears to attack and break obstacles. The next one is Turbo – it speeds up the game significantly and playing becomes really hard. Bloody Mary is a challenge for Bethany – when you play for her, it activates right away.
